About this class

Women’s Balance Yoga®️ is a holistic, slow-paced practice designed to support your hormonal health, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect you with your body.

Inspired by different yoga traditions, including hormonal yoga, hatha, yin and kundalini - this method combines movement, breathwork, visualisation and subtle energy practices to gently stimulate the body’s natural balance.

This class invites you to slow down, listen inward and reconnect with your cyclical and feminine nature.

What to expect

Expect slow, fluid sequences inspired by vinyasa, combined with dynamic and conscious breathing, moments of stillness and guided awareness.

We work with the body as a whole - supporting circulation, stimulating the pelvic area, and bringing attention to the organs, endocrine glands and energy pathways.

The focus is on moving with intention, feeling each sensation and allowing the body to gradually release tension while restoring balance.

What type of yoga classes do you offer?

I offer different types of yoga classes: vinyasa, yin aromatherapy, yoga for women's balance, prenatal for all levels...

Do I need prior yoga experience to join?

Not at all. My classes are designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners, with modifications for every level.

What makes your approach different?

Some yoga follows a fixed structure. I don’t. I help you: • Move with strength and intention (functional yoga) • Regulate your nervous system (breathwork) • Adapt your practice to your body and your cycle The result: a practice that actually supports you long-term.

Can I join if I'm not flexible?

Absolutely. You don’t need to be flexible to start. Flexibility is something that develops over time. My classes are designed to meet you where you are and support you in moving with more ease, strength and confidence.

How often should I practice yoga?

Consistency matters more than intensity. Even one or two classes per week can create meaningful shifts in how you feel, in your body, your energy and your mind. The key is to find a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
